🧠 “It’s Not All in Your Head - It’s in Your Nervous System”

Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone, and you’re not broken.

  • Procrastination!

💡 It’s not laziness. It’s not lack of willpower. It’s your system trying to protect you, based on outdated programming. It really is just trying to keep you safe. But like an over protective parent....it is too much.

I also have a technique I suggest to people - Brain Dumpling. It is not supposed to be neat, or methodical. It is just dumping all your thoughts, feelings, worries, what ever is in your mind - onto paper. You do not even have to read it again. It is just getting it out of your mind that is important.

2 - It helps your mind start to process things more easily.
