1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in Step Into: The Mind Tamers Intensive ("the Programme"),

Step Up: The Mind Tamers Intensive ("the Programme")

Master Your Mind Groups (this information is at the bottom seperatly)

provided by Margaret Sinclair, trading as Mind Tamers® ("I," "me," "my").

These Terms & Conditions cover both programmes and the groups. Where terms differ between them, this is clearly stated in the relevant sections below.

By applying for and enrolling in either of the Programmes or groups, you ("you," "your," "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

3. PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

I hold professional indemnity insurance appropriate for the services I provide.


4. NATURE OF SERVICES

Step Into and Step Up are transformational coaching and therapeutic programmes combining hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), somatic practices, breathwork, and business mentoring.

These Programmes are NOT:

Medical treatment or a substitute for medical care

Psychotherapy or counselling for diagnosed mental health conditions

Legal, financial, or professional business consulting

A guarantee of specific business results or revenue growth

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, are currently in crisis,

or require medical treatment, please consult appropriate

healthcare professionals.

This Programme is designed for personal and professional development, not clinical intervention.



Step Up: The Mind Tamers Intensive

Duration: 3 months (12 weeks)

What's Included:

1 x Foundation Intensive session (3 hours) - Week 1

7 x Transformation sessions (90 minutes each) - Weeks 2-10

1 x Breakthrough Intensive session (3 hours) - Week 12

WhatsApp (or alternative) voice support between sessions

(Monday-Friday, 48-hour response time)

Custom hypnosis recordings

Digital toolkit (breathwork practices, grounding techniques, mindset tools)

3 months of weekly emails to keep you on track and help you achieve your second goal

Investment: £4,500

Payment Options:

Option 1: One payment of £4,500 (due before Programme commencement)

Option 2: Two payments of £2,250 (Payment 1 due before commencement; Payment 2 due at the start of Month 2)

Step Into: The Mind Tamers Intensive

Duration: 3 months (12 weeks)

What's Included:

8 x Transformation sessions (90 minutes each) - Weeks 1-4 - every week,

weeks 5-12 - every other week

WhatsApp (or alternative) voice support between sessions

(Monday-Friday, 48-hour response time)

Custom hypnosis recordings

Digital toolkit (breathwork practices, grounding techniques, mindset tools)

Investment: £3,000

Payment Options:

Option 1: One payment of £3,000 (due before Programme commencement)

Option 2: Two payments of £1,500 (Payment 1 due before commencement; Payment 2 due at the start of Month 2)


6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments must be received in full

(or first instalment if paying in two parts)

before the Programme begins.

If paying in two instalments, the second payment is

due at the start of Month 2 (after 4 weeks).

If payment is not received on time, sessions will be

paused until payment is made.

No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions

during non-payment periods.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

All payments are in British Pounds (GBP).


7. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the Programme has commenced (i.e., after the first session has taken place), all payments are non-refundable.

Before any Programme starts: If you need to withdraw before the first session, a full refund will be provided minus any administrative costs incurred.

No refunds are given for:

Missed sessions (with or without notice)

Deciding the Programme is not for you after starting

Not completing the Programme

Not achieving desired results

If you wish to withdraw from any Programme after starting, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments as per your chosen payment option.


8. SESSION SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

For NEXT LEVEL:

Client Cancellations/Rescheduling:

You may reschedule up to 4 sessions during the 3-month Programmes

24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend without notice ("no-show"), you will forfeit that session and it will not be rescheduled

Extenuating circumstances (e.g., serious illness, family emergency) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion

Provider Cancellations/Rescheduling:

I will provide 24 hours' notice if I need to cancel or reschedule a session, except in extenuating circumstances (e.g., serious illness, emergency)

If I cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost to you


9. WhatsApp (or alternative) Voice SUPPORT TERMS

Note: Voice support is included in Step Up and Step Into.

WhatsApp (or alternative) voice support is provided Monday-Friday during UK business hours, with a 48-hour response time.

WhatsApp (or alternative) support does NOT include:

24/7 access or immediate responses

Crisis intervention or emergency support

Unlimited messaging (support should be reasonable and related to

Programme work)

If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (999 in the UK) or appropriate crisis support services (e.g., Samaritans: 116 123).


10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To get the most from the Programme, you agree to:

Attend all scheduled sessions on time and prepared

Complete any exercises, practices, or "homework" discussed between sessions

Engage openly and honestly in the work

Take responsibility for implementing insights and changes in your

business and life

Communicate promptly if issues arise


11. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS

While I am committed to supporting your transformation,

I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

Specific revenue or business growth

Elimination of all limiting beliefs or blocks

Specific personal or professional achievements

Your results depend on many factors, including your commitment, circumstances, and actions taken.

Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of your results.


12. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

My Commitment to You:

All information shared during sessions, via WhatsApp, or in any communication related to the Programme is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by UK law.

I comply with all applicable UK data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

Your personal data will be:

Stored securely

Used only for delivering the Programme and related communication

Retained only as long as necessary (or as required by law)

Not shared with third parties without your consent (except as legally required)

You have the right to:

Access your personal data

Request correction or deletion of your data

Withdraw consent for data processing (though this may affect my ability to deliver the Programme)

Use of Testimonials:

With your explicit written consent, I may use anonymised or attributed testimonials, case studies, or results from our work together for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials).

You have the right to:

Decline to provide a testimonial

Request edits or removal of your testimonial at any time


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Programme.

My total liability to you for any claims arising from the Programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Programme.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.


14. TERMINATION

I reserve the right to terminate the Programme immediately if:

You breach these Terms & Conditions

You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward me

You fail to make payments as agreed

I determine, in my professional judgment, that continuing the Programme is not in your best interest or mine

If I terminate the Programme due to your breach or misconduct, no refund will be provided.


15. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a concern or complaint about the Programme, please contact me directly at [email protected]. I am committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally.

If we cannot resolve the matter directly, you may seek resolution through:

Mediation (we can mutually agree on a mediator)

Small Claims Court (if applicable under UK law)


16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

If you have already enrolled in the Programme, changes will not affect your existing agreement unless required by law.


18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting your application for Step Up or Step Into

or making payment for The Confidence Booster Pack, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions

You are over 18 years of age

You are entering into this agreement voluntarily

All information provided in your application is accurate

01. ABOUT MASTER YOUR MIND GROUPS

 

Master Your Mind Groups are small, facilitated mastermind groups for business owners, run by Margaret of Mind Tamers. Each group consists of a maximum of 10 members and meets twice per month for 90 minutes per session, delivered online.

 

The groups are facilitated by Margaret using the Mind Tamers methodology, incorporating elements of NLP, EFT, somatic work and business coaching. Master Your Mind Groups are not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.

02. MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENT

 

Membership of a Master Your Mind Group is offered on a monthly rolling basis. Payment is taken monthly in advance.

 

⏺ The current founding member rate is £150 per month

⏺ Payment is due on the same date each month from the date of joining

⏺ Membership continues until notice is given in accordance with the cancellation terms below

⏺ Rates may be reviewed from time to time; members will be given a minimum of 30 days written notice of any price change

⏺ Founding member rates are personal to the original member and are non-transferable, if you leave and come back, you will be liable to the new rate.

03. CANCELLATION & NOTICE PERIOD

 

To cancel your membership, you are required to give 30 days written notice by email to Margaret at Mind Tamers.

 

⏺ Notice must be given in writing via email - [email protected]

⏺ Your membership will continue and payment will be due for the full 30-day notice period

⏺ No refunds will be issued for the notice period once it has commenced

⏺ You are welcome to attend sessions during your notice period

 

"We ask for 30 days notice so the group has time to adjust. Great things are built through consistency - we hope you'll stay, but we'll always part on good terms."

04. REFUND POLICY

 

⏺ Monthly payments are non-refundable once made

⏺ If you are unable to attend a session in a given month, no partial refund or credit will be issued - sessions cannot be carried over

⏺ In the exceptional circumstance that Margaret cancels a session and is unable to reschedule within the same month, a pro-rata credit will be applied to the following month's payment

⏺ If Mind Tamers discontinues a group entirely, members will receive a full refund of their most recent monthly payment

05. SESSION CANCELLATION BY MARGARET

 

Margaret is committed to showing up consistently for every group.

In the event of illness, emergency or unavoidable circumstance:

 

⏺ Members will be notified as early as possible if a session needs to be cancelled

⏺ Every effort will be made to reschedule the session within the same month

⏺ If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rata credit will be applied to the following month

⏺ In the event of extended illness, Margaret will communicate directly with the group about arrangements

06. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

 

Privacy and psychological safety are at the heart of Master Your Mind Groups. What is shared in the group stays in the group - without exception.

 

All accepted members will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before attending their first session. This NDA is mutual - it protects every member of the group, including Margaret, equally.

 

⏺ Members must not share, discuss or disclose any personal information shared by other group members outside of the group

⏺ This includes conversations in sessions, in any group chat or communication channels, and any informal conversations between members

⏺ Business information, challenges, strategies and personal disclosures shared in the group are strictly confidential

⏺ Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the group without refund and may result in legal proceedings.

⏺ The NDA will be sent to accepted members and must be signed prior to attending the first session

 

"You will be invited to be real in this room. That only works if everyone in it knows their privacy is protected. The NDA is not a formality - it is a promise we all make to each other."

07. SESSION RECORDINGS

All Master Your Mind Group sessions are recorded as a standard part of the membership offering. Recordings are provided as a benefit to members, allowing you to revisit sessions, catch anything you missed and continue processing insights in your own time.

— By accepting a place in a Master Your Mind Group you are giving your consent to sessions being recorded

— Recordings are for the private use of group members only and will not be shared publicly or used for any marketing purposes

— Recordings will be shared with members via a private group after the session

— Members must not download, share or distribute recordings to anyone outside the group under any circumstances

— Recordings will be stored securely for the duration of your membership and deleted within 30 days of your membership ending

— Members must not independently record sessions by any other means

08. CODE OF CONDUCT

 

Master Your Mind Groups are built on respect, trust and genuine support.

All members agree to uphold the following principles:

 

— Treat all members with respect, kindness and empathy at all times

— Hold space for others without judgment - every brain works differently and that is celebrated here

— Arrive on time and be present - this is a commitment to yourself and to your fellow members

— Give honest, constructive feedback when invited to do so

— Honour the confidentiality of every person in the room

— Take responsibility for your own growth - the group supports you, but the work is yours to do

— No unsolicited selling, promotion or recruitment within the group

 

Margaret reserves the right to remove any member from the group whose behaviour is deemed harmful, disrespectful or in breach of these terms, without refund.

09. SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC SHARING

 

Members are welcome and encouraged to share their own experience of being part of a Master Your Mind Group publicly, including on social media.

However, the following rules apply strictly:

 

— You may share your own wins, breakthroughs and experiences from the group

— You must never identify, name or reference other group members in any public post without their explicit written consent

— You must never share the content of other members' hot seats, challenges or disclosures publicly

— General themes or teachings from sessions may be shared - specific personal details of others may not

— If in doubt, ask Margaret before posting

10. GENERAL

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Mind Tamers reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Members will be given a minimum of 30 days written notice of any material changes.

 

By joining a Master Your Mind Group you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

A NOTE ON THE NDA

 

Once your application is accepted and your place is confirmed, you will receive a Non-Disclosure Agreement by email. This must be signed and returned before you attend your first session. It protects you just as much as it protects everyone else in the room.
