Hello, I’m Margaret Sinclair — Head Mind Tamer at Mind Tamers.
Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. At 21, a car accident opened the door to a deeper healing path, introducing me to osteopathy and the
life-changing power of holistic therapy.
That experience shaped my life’s calling: to help others heal and thrive on every level — physical, emotional, and soulful.
Over the past two decades, I’ve trained extensively across a range of therapeutic and coaching modalities, including:
Osteopathy, Mindfulness and Meditation, Hypnotherapy,
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and
Andrew Parr’s Advanced Therapy & Coaching (ATC)™

TYPES OF THERAPY AND COACHING USED
Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind, promoting positive changes in behaviour, thoughts, and emotions. It can address issues like stress and anxiety, phobias, limiting beliefs pain, and bad habits. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, is a holistic therapy that combines acupressure and cognitive techniques to address emotional and physical issues. By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on concerns, we can reduce stress, promote healing, alleviate anxiety, ease trauma, tackle phobias, and enhance emotional well-being.
Mindfulness can help you to become fully present and aware of the moment. The practice can enhance focus, reduce stress, and help achieve emotional balance. Techniques include meditation, breathing exercises, and body awareness. With mindfulness, sometimes combined with other therapy types, we can fuel mental clarity, resilience, and overall well-being.
Coaching is a personalised service that can help you identify goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans for personal, professional and business growth. Coaching offers support and guidance for those seeking to improve life balance, build confidence, achieve goals and build their business.
