At 21, a car accident opened the door to a deeper healing path, introducing me to osteopathy and the incredible power of holistic therapy. That experience shaped my life's calling: to help others heal and thrive on every level — physical, emotional, and soulful. Over nearly two decades, I have trained across a wide range of therapies and coaching methods — including osteopathy, mindfulness, meditation, hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Andrew Parr’s Advanced Therapy & Coaching (ATC)™.

TYPES OF THERAPY AND COACHING USED
Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind, promoting positive changes in behavior, thoughts, and emotions. Techniques include meditation, breathing exercises, and body awareness. With mindfulness, sometimes combined with other therapy types, we can fuel mental clarity, resilience, and overall well-being.
