At 21 I ended up in the back of a car in an accident.
An amazing osteopath helped put me back together - and something clicked.
I trained as an osteopath, and for the first time in my life I was genuinely good at something. I loved it.
Then arthritis in my hands forced me to stop.
But before I had to walk away, I'd noticed something.
The clients who I helped become less stressed - healed faster and experienced less pain.
The mind and the body weren't separate things - they were the same thing.
And they could be quickly helped with simple and effective tools.
So I took that understanding and followed it, adding hypnotherapy, NLP, somatics, breathwork and coaching qualifications along the way.
And somewhere in that process - I found my people.
"Entrepreneurs are all barking mad, gloriously weird people - and I absolutely love their origin stories, what they're doing, why they're doing it, how they got where they are."
Transformation in entrepreneurs is visible in a way it isn't everywhere else.
Yes, the business changes.
But it always ripples out - into their body, their relationships, their health, their families.
The business is just the easiest place to see it happening.
Most of my clients are passionate and driven.
They've spent a lifetime building a version of themselves that
fits everyone else's rules.
They're not looking to go back to an old version of themselves -
they're looking to finally meet the real one.
I don't "fix" people. I help them see themselves clearly.
I don't force change. I create the conditions for it.
I don't do scripts, suits, or one-size-fits-all answers.
I meet people where they are.
Then we build from there.
I'm not here to help you cope with a life that feels too small. I'm here to help you tame the mental chaos so you can express your actual self -
however that looks for you.
For me it often involves an orange kilt.
I use my own Mind Tamers Method.
