Terms & Conditions – Mind Tamers Ltd

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and delivery of therapy packages, online courses, and in-person events provided by Mind Tamers Ltd, a UK-based company.

1. Services Provided

Mind Tamers Ltd offers:

One-to-one therapy and coaching packages

Online programmes and digital courses

Live workshops and in-person events

Details of each service (duration, inclusions, price) will be clearly stated at the point of booking.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a written payment plan has been agreed.

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products & Online Courses: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the course materials. Once accessed, no refund will be given.

Therapy & Coaching Packages: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Packages are non-refundable once begun.

In-Person Workshops/Events: Tickets may be cancelled up to 14 days before the event for a full refund. Within 14 days, no refund will be issued, but you may transfer your ticket to another person with prior notice.

If Mind Tamers Ltd cancels or reschedules an event or programme, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

4. Your Responsibility

Our services are designed for personal development and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By booking, you confirm you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during and after participation.

5. Confidentiality & Conduct

All personal information shared during therapy sessions, group courses, or workshops will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Participants agree to treat others with respect. Disruptive or abusive behaviour may result in removal from a programme without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and resources remain the intellectual property of Mind Tamers Ltd. They are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
