About Me
My name is Margaret Sinclair and I have been fascinated by the body and mind since I was a child.
At 21 being in a car accident introduced me to the world of osteopathy and the people who help others heal on a deep emotional and physical level. After seeing and experiencing how therapists can change people's lives so profoundly, I knew that was my life path.
So I went on a journey, over 18 years, to learn a wide variety of therapy approaches and techniques.
As an osteopath, I observed and experienced first-hand how stress and anxiety seriously affect people’s pain and healing. To help my patients further I trained in additional therapies including meditation and mindfulness as well as Emotional Freedom Technique. I then went on to become a hypnotherapist further training with Andrew Parr’s Advanced Therapy & Coaching (ATC) ™.
What did I learn? Well, a great deal.
Mostly, I've learnt that different people require different approaches and many people benefit from combined approaches, which is why I launched Mindtamers.
With Mindtamers I'm able to harness my suitcase of skills to adapt therapy to individual needs and provide a personalised path for every person so that they can, through therapy, achieve not only what they want, but also what they need.

First Session - 2 Hours (Online)
A longer session to begin our journey together. Book in an online meeting where you can tell me about yourself and begin to explore those things you may be struggling with.

First Session - 2 Hours (In Person)
In person first sessions take place at my in person clinic in North Lancing and are an opportunity to tell me about yourself and to delve a little deeper into those things you may be struggling with.
Whatever your background, your struggles and your dreams, you have it within you to achieve your fullest potential.
For some that is reaching professional or personal goals. For others, it is living a life free of trauma, specific fears or limiting beliefs.
With a wide range of techniques and an ability to listen deeply and find the root issues or barriers my clients face, my aim is to create a safe space for you to explore the fog and find a path to a fuller, freer life experience.
Mind Tamers work with those who need a little coaching to help them elevate their lives as well as those who are working through more complex issues.
Furthermore, I offer inclusive therapy and have the ability to assist those with neurodivergence.
I definitely recommend having a session with Margaret!

MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness can help you to become fully present and aware of the moment. The practice can enhance focus, reduce stress, and help achieve emotional balance. Techniques include meditation, breathing exercises, and body awareness. With mindfulness, sometimes combined with other therapy types, we can fuel mental clarity, resilience, and overall well-being.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, is a holistic therapy that combines acupressure and cognitive techniques to address emotional and physical issues. By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on concerns, we can reduce stress, promote healing, alleviate anxiety, ease trauma, tackle phobias, and enhance emotional well-being.
