Living with pain is something Margaret knows about first hand. After being in a car accident in her early 20’s she lived with pain for many years. Trying many different therapies to help. Ultimately it was a combination of therapies that helped. Osteopathy, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique and osteopathy.

Margaret then studied each of these therapies and now has a unique outlook and approach to pain.

She is an expert in helping people manage their pain. Margaret understands that pain is a complex interplay of physiological, psychological, and emotional factors. Margaret employs a holistic approach to help address the root causes of pain and promote healing.

Hypnotherapy serves as a powerful tool in Margaret’s arsenal for pain management. By guiding clients into a deep state of relaxation, hypnotherapy allows them to access their subconscious mind, where deeply ingrained beliefs and patterns related to pain are often stored. Margaret helps clients reframe their perceptions of pain, challenge limiting beliefs, and cultivate a positive mindset conducive to healing. Through visualisation techniques and suggestion, hypnotherapy can help individuals reduce the intensity of pain sensations, enhance coping mechanisms, and facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal.

In conjunction with hypnotherapy, Margaret integrates the principles of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to address the emotional and energetic aspects of pain. EFT involves tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on the physical discomfort or emotional distress associated with pain. This technique helps to release blocked energy, reduce stress and anxiety levels, and promote relaxation in the body. Margaret guides clients through the process of EFT, empowering them to manage pain more effectively and regain a sense of control over their well-being.
